Long deposited locks are drawn out from the river and made into blocks as per the production plan.
Ward blocking
The logs cut according to the required dimensions are cooked in boiling water containing chemicals for 12 hours. This process helps to remove starch water containing chemicals for 12 hours. This process helps to remove starch and it kills microscopic organisms from the blocks of log
Coking
The cooked blocks of log are removed and than the peeling machine peels them to the required thickness
Peeling
The peeled out veneer is reeled into rolls before they are tacked to the clipper machine.
Reeling
Clipping machine cuts the roll of veneers into the required dimensions before they are being dried to remove moisture.
Clipping
The process drying limits the moisture contents of the veneers below ISI specification allowed for marine grade of plywood. This is done at a uniform temperature and pressure. This process destroys micro organisms that may have survived the cooking process.
Drying
Gluing is done by an automatic machine which is controlled and supervised by competent technical hands. Gluing is don’t evenly by this machine which ensures firm and strongest bonding. Pressing is done in a heavy hydraulic press. Uniform pressure is applied at every part of the board which gives highest strength and sturdiness to the board and also the board which gives highest strength and sturdiness to the board and also the board becomes warp proof
Gluing & bonding
Each board is hot pressed at a high pressure and a pressed temperature. This process ensures uniform density at all points in the plywood. After this process the boards are cooled until the temperature content is fully released. This process takes about 24 hours.
Hot press
The boards are cut vertically and horizontally at first, and a final cutting is done to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Dimensional cutting
Surface sanding is done in the sanding machine. This gives a smooth surface to the board, which helps to have goods surface finish required for interior work.
Sanding
Finally, quality infection is accomplished by our engineers. We make no compromise where quality is concerned. Each and every piece of finished boards undergoes strict quality inspection before they have been dispatched to market.
